Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aex Meridian, LLC website and the website design, hosting, and maintenance services, and the video and social content services, we offer (collectively, "Services"). By using this site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services description

Aex Meridian builds custom websites for small businesses and provides ongoing hosting and maintenance. We also produce video and social media content, including listing walkthrough videos and ongoing content retainers, as a separate service line. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement — website or content — are agreed upon directly with each client before work begins.

Pricing and payment

Current pricing for website engagements is a one-time setup fee due at launch, $500–750 depending on scope (full detail is published on our Pricing page), followed by a $35/mo care fee billed monthly thereafter. Content services are priced and billed separately from website hosting: walkthrough videos range from $150–$500+, due upon delivery, and ongoing social content retainers run $100–200/mo depending on volume, billed monthly. A client may engage either service independently or both together; content pricing is never bundled into the monthly care fee. Pricing is subject to change for future engagements; any change will be communicated before it applies to an existing client relationship.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment of the setup fee, ownership of the custom website design and content created specifically for your business transfers to you. Aex Meridian retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation

Monthly hosting and maintenance services, and monthly content retainers, may each be canceled at any time with 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. One-time engagements, such as an individual video project, are billed upon delivery and are not subject to a cancellation notice period once completed.

No warranty

Services are provided "as is." While we make every effort to deliver a reliable, professional website and polished video and content deliverables, Aex Meridian does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific business outcomes, engagement, bookings, or search engine or social media rankings resulting from our work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aex Meridian, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, as that is where Aex Meridian, LLC is formed. This applies to disputes over the contract itself and does not limit who our Services are available to.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
