Privacy Policy
How we handle the information you share with us — no fine print you need a lawyer to parse.

Information we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: business name, your name, email address, phone number (optional), current website URL (optional), and any message you include. We don't collect information through any other means, and we don't use tracking pixels, ad networks, or behavioral advertising cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a good fit for your business, and follow up about our services. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
This site relies on a small number of third-party services to function:
- Resend (resend.com) delivers the contact form's submission to us by email on our behalf. Resend does not run in your browser — the form submits directly to our own server, which relays it to Resend. Resend's own privacy policy governs how they handle that transmission.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display the site's typography. Loading a font may share your IP address and browser information with Google, per Google's privacy practices.
- Chatbase (chatbase.co) powers the live chat agent demo on our homepage. Messages you send in that demo are processed by Chatbase to generate a response — it's a public demo of our own product, not a private support channel, so please don't share sensitive personal information in it. Chatbase's own privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Google Fonts and the Chatbase demo (both above) may set their own cookies or use local browser storage as part of their normal operation — we don't control this directly, and each provider's own privacy policy applies. We don't use any cookie-based advertising or analytics on this site.
Data retention
We retain information submitted through the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which it may be deleted.
AI agent services
As part of our services, we build AI agents — chat, voice, and workflow — configured for individual client businesses. Those agents may process conversations between a client and that client's own customers, which can include names, phone numbers, and the reason for contact. Our standard practice is to log those conversations only for quality review and troubleshooting, retain them for a limited period, and never repurpose or resell that data. This describes our operating standard as the developer of those agents — each client site we build carries its own disclosure covering that specific business's data handling, since this policy governs aexmeridian.co only.
Your rights
You can request that we delete any information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing [email protected].
